From the Rhine river to the Rhine

I like change but I've always stayed close to the Rhine. Having grown up in Cologne, I put down new roots in Basel and have lived in Switzerland since 1997, working from here for clients all over the world. Since 2003 I have been advising companies of many sizes and industries - from SMEs and start-ups to NGOs and listed companies.

Over many years, I have gained a deep understanding of people and organizations in a constantly changing business world. Thanks to my experience in a number of positions and industries, as an entrepreneur and with my business background, I quickly understand people in an organizational context.

Leaders and executives, for whom I have been working almost exclusively for some time now, have been making increasing demands on me and my time and, since 2022 with my own company: Cerquone Coaching & Consulting.

I am ICF (PCC) and Co-Active (CPCC) certified. As an assessor (Talentx7, Hogan certified), it is also easy for me to use diagnostic tools and integrate them into coaching.
